On Vacation

Well, I've been in Hawaii for a couple days now, and I've surfed, snorkeled, hiked, and gotten a little sunburned. I'll be back in VA and posting regularly again by next week. It also might be a bit of an overstatement to say I was ever really on the surfboard.

Quick Thoughts:

-Brett Favre, please, stick with this latest decision; it's the best one you could have made. I still wish you had listened to my advice last summer.

-Emeka Okufor for Tyson Chandler? Really, Larry Brown and Michael Jordan?

-Who's really surprised that David Ortiz did steroids? Didn't Bill Simmons lay out the case against him in his column responding to the news about Manny?

-Atlanta's series with Florida is not going well. We're four games back in the Wild Card race, and we've got a series coming up with the Dodgers. These are serious times.
