SEC Week 11 Preview

November 8, 2014

UGA & UF fans at last week's Largest Cocktail Party
UGA vs. UK

After last week's Dia de Muertos implosion against Florida, which saw the Gators rise out of their graves and then watched the Dawgs lie down in those vacated graves, Mark Richt's squad is currently up 21 points on the Wildcats. That said, the red and black deserve no more of our attention at this moment. Plus, zombies are creepy.

Presbyterian vs. Ole Miss

I really wanted to see this game in the hopes that Presbyterian's team really looks like it's made up of guys who look like my dad.

Texas A&M vs. Auburn

I doubt Texas A&M can pull this off, but hopefully Kenny Trill Kyle Allen can return debut in some form so that we get a shootout between his Aggies and Nick Marshall's Tigers. Gonna be honest, I don't like Auburn, never have, but even being ranked #3 in the country, this team seems undervalued. Mississippi St. and Ole Miss pretty much sucked up all the feel good narratives. Alabama is Alabama, and even LSU appeals more to the imagination because of Les Miles' clumsy genius. Meanwhile, the stories coming out of Auburn are about oak trees being planted.

Tennessee-Martin takes on Mississippi St.

Um, it's Tennessee-Martin, not Tennessee, which means they definitely didn't volunteer for this--they're getting paid.

Florida vs. Vandy

After last week's paranormal events against UGA, it would be only fitting for the Gators to drop a game against the Commodores. It will probably happen. I will feel miserable. Mark Richt will continue to be a sympathetic being in a cruel universe.

Alabama vs. LSU

Saban. Miles. Chaos. A reason to watch.
