Jamison Addresses Crowd at the Phone Booth
In Antawn Jamison, In Gilbert Arenas, In NBA, In Washington WizardsJanuary 9, 2010
LCB hasn't posted, or commented, much on the guns in the locker room fiasco that's unravelled an already frustrated franchise, the Washington Wizards, but we thought this video worth posting. Call it nervousness for public speaking, trepidation about his team's future, or overall unease with the entire situation, but Antawn Jamison does not sound at ease to me here. One must wonder what's going on inside his head. Is his interest to stay, or does he now want a trade? I would love for him to stay because I live a half hour from DC, and Jamison is one of my favorite players; but I don't see how anyone could blame this loyal soldier for wanting to move somewhere where the battles on the court, as opposed to in the court, are the ones that matter.

If he wants out, they owe it to him to do everything in their power to get him to a contender.
