What happened to all the sports talk?
I know recent LCB posts have focused on films rather than sports, offering quasi-reviews of material that was released months ago, but fear not--we've just been outsourcing our thoughts on sports to ESPN's TrueHoop Affiliate BallerBall. A while back, Josh Spilker and I collaborated in a literary analysis of Metta World Peace's Twitter account and this past week Mike Langston and I put together a piece on Phil Jackson's becoming president of basketball operations for the New York Knickerbockers. The next sentence is best read in a Stan Lee impersonation: Hey, basketball guys and gals, as usual, Langston did the artwork, and I did the story.
