Benson Arrested, Again

But this is time it's a little different (he was infact driving while intoxicated) but this his vehicle of choice was a car and not a boat. Just last month he asserted his innocence after being arrested for boating under the influence and resisting arrest. In that incident, witnesses say they saw the police rough up Benson and pepper spray him. This time there has been no report as to what happened other then he was pulled over in a routine traffic stop and refused breath and blood testing. Here are GM Jerry Angelo's thoughts:

“There was alcohol involved, that’s all we know,” Angelo said today, per the Chicago Tribune. “We are certainly going to take this seriously. Disappointment is too often-used word when talking about Cedric. The No. 1 lesson of every player is protect your job.”
